We have to get back to the basics with the Client even more so than ever before. It’s not about getting a job description in an email and flooding them with unqualified resumes to reach a daily quota!  It is imperative that we engage with the company. Get to know their culture, their pains, their desires.  Get to know them. Want to genuinely help them grow their business.  It’s like building a family.
